1. Eligibility: The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH is open to citizens of the United States, Canada and the World. Employees of the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies are not eligible. The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH is subject to all applicable federal, state, county, province, territory and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH and/or participating in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH in any way, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, which shall be final and binding in all related matters. For an entrant to receive any recognition, prizes, photo shoots and/or modeling contracts of any kind is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Time Line: The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH officially begins on November 1, 2020 at 12:00 midnight Eastern Standard Time and officially ends on November 1, 2021 at 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time.
4. How to Enter: Click on the "Enter" navigation tab at the top the official 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH then follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Then upload one (1) color photo of your minor child or one (1) photo of yourself if age 18 or older. Your entry and photo will henceforth be referred to as your submission ("Submission"). The person in the photo must be over 12 years old at time of entry. A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST FILL OUT THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM FOR ENTRANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. By submitting a photo, entrant understands and gives the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH the right and permission to post your photo in an online public photo gallery, if and when it so desires.
5. Photo Guidelines: Photos should be in color, with only one person in the photo, and in .jpg format and should not exceed 100 MB in size.
6. Content Restrictions: Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes anyone’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; Submission must not contain images not created by or owned by entrant; Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any country, state, province or territory where Submission is created.
7. Purchase or Payments: A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of success. All potential recognition, award and/or prize winners are subject to verification by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of of any recognition, award and/or prize even if the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH should so indicate unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH that verification has been completed. The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH will not accept screen shots or any other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
8. Recognition, Modeling Contract, Award and Prize Winner Determination: Recognition, award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize winners will be determined by a panel of directors and/or qualified judges determined by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH and the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, in its sole discretion, will select all award and/or modeling contract, and/or prize winners from among all eligible Submissions received. Potential award and/or prize winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.
9. Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, each potential award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a winner is under the age of 18) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release, which must be received by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her award and/or prize. If a potential award and/or prize winner cannot be contacted, or fails to execute and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or if an award and/or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the award and/or prize. If a potential award and/or prize winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate award and/or prize winner will be selected based on the Judging Criteria. Acceptance of any award and/or prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH and its assigns may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, Submission and/or award and/or prize information in connection with the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH for publicity, promotion, editorial, advertising and/or any other purpose, world wide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the internet, without limitation and without further compensation, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Without limiting the generality of these Official Rules, each recognition, modeling contract, photo shoot, award and/or prize winner shall irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH the entirety of the rights in and to the Submission and all renewals and extensions of copyright, and the right to secure copyright registrations thereto in perpetuity including, without limitation, the rights to use the Submission for any and all purposes in any and all media whether now known or hereafter developed, on a world wide basis, in perpetuity. Each recognition, award, modeling contract and/or prize winner accepts and acknowledges that the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH shall not be obligated to use the Submission and that the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH in its sole discretion shall have the right to refrain from using the Submission. The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH shall not incur any liability whatsoever to the extent the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH chooses to refrain from any exploitation of its rights hereunder. Photo shoot locations shall not necessarily be limited to Chicago, Illinois, New York, New York, Miami Beach, Florida or Los Angeles, California and the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH may, at any time, and at its sole discretion, choose a different city or town in Illinois, New York, Florida or California or a different city or town in a different state as an alternate photo shoot location with or without advance notice.

Recognition, awards, photo shoots, modeling contracts and/or prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH reserves the right to substitute an award and/or prize or a portion thereof for one of equal or greater value should the original award and/or prize become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with award and/or prize receipt and/or use. All recognition, awards, photo shoots, modeling contracts and or prize details are at the sole discretion of the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH.
10. Release: By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, administrators, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH or receipt or use or misuse of any recognition, modeling contract, photo shoot, award and/or prize.
11. General Conditions: The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, as determined by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH at its sole discretion.
In such event, the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH may, in its sole discretion, determine recognition, photo shoot, modeling contract, award and/or prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received up to time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above. The 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH or any individual suspected of acting in violation of these Official Rules or any individual suspected of acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and to void all associated Submissions. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors and/or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, server, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the 2016 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, the uploading or processing or judging of Submissions or votes or the tabulating of votes, the announcement of recognition, photo shoots, modeling contracts, awards and/or prizes or in any 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH related materials; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH or receipt or use or misuse of any recognition, award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any Submission. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy will be one free entry in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: a.) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH or any recognition, award, modeling contract and/or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court located in Miami Dade County, Florida; b.) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, but in no event, no photo shoot costs or photo shoot related costs of any kind, no entry fees and no attorneys’ fees; and c.) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH in general, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
14. Personal Information: Any and all personal information submitted by and/or collected from entrant is subject to 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH privacy policy.
15. Winner List: Recognition, award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize list(s) will be posted after the confirmation process has been completed.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy will be one free entry in the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: a.) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH or any recognition, award, modeling contract and/or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court located in Miami Dade County, Florida; b.) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH, but in no event, no photo shoot costs or photo shoot related costs of any kind, no entry fees and no attorneys’ fees; and c.) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH in general, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
14. Personal Information: Any and all personal information submitted by and/or collected from entrant is subject to 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH privacy policy.
15. Winner List: Recognition, award, photo shoot, modeling contract and/or prize list(s) will be posted after the confirmation process has been completed.
16. Subjectivity: Official Rules are subject to change may be edited and/or updated by the 2021 INTERNATIONAL COVER MODEL SEARCH at any time with or without notice.
